Shipping Info: All items will ship within five (5) working days upon receipt of payment.
We ship by regular post.
Should you require registered shipping, tracking, etc, please get in touch with us by email BEFORE placing your order to get an estimate on additional shipping costs.
Return Policy: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please contact us at dendritesband@gmail.com within 48 hours of the receipt of physical goods for return instructions.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.
We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.

Only unused items may be returned. CDs and vinyls must be unopened, T-shirts and hats not used, etc.
For items returned to us in an unused and unopened condition, a full refund of the item's retail price will be offered.

Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging and posters, such as bent corners and cracked CD covers.
Sale and discount items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
